Privacy
Working document for the test phase. Retention periods and the legal basis of each processing must be legally validated before any public opening.
What we store
| Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| E-mail address and password (hashed) | Create and secure your account | Until the account is deleted |
| Subscription and orders: plan, dates, amounts, status | Open access to the service | Until the account is deleted |
| Public key, country and tunnel address of each profile | Authorise the profile on the access point | Until the account is deleted |
| Fixed residential IP reserved for you | Route your traffic through it | Until the option is released |
| Log of administrative actions | Trace interventions on your account | To be defined before commercial opening |
What we do not store
- Your WireGuard private key: it is generated in your browser and never sent to us.
- The sites you visit and the content of your traffic. The gateway does not record connections; only its error messages are kept, and they may contain the address of a destination that failed.
- Your DNS queries.
What the access point knows during a connection
To work, WireGuard keeps in memory the IP address each device connects from, the time of its last exchange and the volume transferred. This information is not copied to our database. We do not promise a "no logs at all" policy: that claim requires a technical and legal audit that has not yet taken place.
Subprocessors
- Amazon Web Services: accounts and service data, Europe (Paris) region.
- Contabo: hosting of the access points.
- The provider of the exit IP address sees the traffic leaving it, like any Internet provider.
